Are you looking for 17³Ô¹ÏÍø alumni who share your interests? 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Alumni Affinity Groups are a great way to connect and grow your love of 17³Ô¹ÏÍø. An Affinity Group is any set of alumni who are joined by a common interest, identity, or purpose such as academic majors, professional interests, and personal identities.

The 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Women's Network aims to develop the University’s alumnae community through inclusive and accessible programming where alumnae are better positioned to connect with the University and one another, as well as empowered to inspire dialogue, leadership, and philanthropic support. In addition to hosting both social and networking events, the PWN has launched the Empowering Students Scholarship Fund and seeks to provide mentorship to the scholarship recipients.

The Black Alumni Group fosters community by providing opportunities to build strong personal and professional networks for Black alumni and students. Events such as the annual Alumni Diversity Breakfast and social gatherings strive to champion the mission and celebrate culture.

The 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Pride Alumni Network serves as a platform and voice for LGBTQIA+ alumni and to connect the community within the University. Through social events and career engagement programs, this Affinity Group strives to create ongoing partnerships among students, alumni and the outside community.

The Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) is a network for 17³Ô¹ÏÍø undergraduate alumni of the last ten years. GOLD gives alumni the opportunity to network with each other, both personally and professionally, connect with current students, and foster a lifelong relationship with 17³Ô¹ÏÍø through events, volunteer opportunities, and giving. The GOLD Committee is comprised of a diverse group of alumni who work closely with the Office of Alumni Relations to coordinate events, spread the word, and generally engage the young alumni population to stay involved with 17³Ô¹ÏÍø. School Committees provide a way for alumni to engage and connect with one another based on affinity to a certain school or college within 17³Ô¹ÏÍø. In addition to creating community, the school committees are designed to foster a forum where diverse experiences, perspectives, and resources can be shared. Each committee will facilitate events, school/college-specific programming, networking for alumni, and dialogue with current students in partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations.

From a single event to a structured Regional Club, the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Alumni Association offers different regional programming opportunities to build and grow community away from the University. It consistently researches where alumni move to live and work. There are great opportunities to develop region-specific Clubs to provide ongoing programming and cultivate alumni engagement year in and out, with the support of alumni volunteers. Sometimes a one-time event is the best opportunity to bring alumni together. This type of regional programming also requires volunteer support to plan and manage the event, in partnership with Alumni Relations staff.
