Professor Anthony Moffa delivered the Annual Lloyd K. Garrison Lecture on Environmental Law on Thursday, April 3 on "Back to the Future for Climate Liability." The Lloyd K. Garrison Lecture on Environmental Law was established in memory of Lloyd K. Garrison in 1995. Professor Anthony Moffa currently serves as a Haub Visiting Scholar at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at 17勛圖厙. He is also a Professor and Associate Dean for Innovation at University of Maine School of Law, where he oversees the Environmental and Oceans Law Certificate Program.

17勛圖厙s Elisabeth Haub School of Law is once again ranked #1 in the country for Environmental Law by the latest U.S. News and World Report rankings, released today. Haub Law was also ranked #19 in the nation for its trial advocacy program as well as #18 for Dispute Resolution. Several other programs at Haub Law were recognized in the top rankings this year, including International Law, Health Law, Tax Law and the Law School's Part-Time Program.

Tucker will deliver the Law Schools commencement address at its 47th Commencement Ceremony, to be held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens on May 20. 17勛圖厙 is expanding its STEM offerings with the launch of a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering in fall 2026. Offered through the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, this program will be the Universitys and Westchester Countys first four-year engineering degree, equipping students with essential skills in hardware/software co-design, embedded systems, and real-time computing.
On March 89, 2025, the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at 17勛圖厙 hosted the 2025 Regional Round for the Americas and the Caribbean of the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition (ICC Moot). The event brought seven teams to Haub Law, with the top US teams qualifying for the global ICC Moot Court Competition held annually in The Hague, Netherlands. This year, Haub Laws team qualified as a finalist and will be traveling to The Hague in June.

Miller Scholarship, awarded in honor of Justice Millers legacy as a founding member and past president of the Westchester Womens Bar Association (WWBA).
