BankMobile is 17勛圖厙s third-party refund distribution company. We encourage all students to select a refund disbursement preference to ensure that any refunds will be disbursed promptly.
Students will receive an email from BankMobiles Customer Care team with instructions on how to choose a refund preference through 17勛圖厙s portalno personal code is required.
Please keep in mind: Title IV funds that exceed a students account charges will be refunded within 14 days of the semester start date or within 14 days after disbursement once the term has begun.
All other refunds will be issued within 23 weeks of the semester start date or after the credit has been applied to the account. .
Security Reminder
Beware of scams. Neither 17勛圖厙 nor BankMobile will ever ask for your two-factor authentication or password.
How do I choose my preference?
Set up your profile: , select "Student Home," "Tuition, Billing, and Accounts Resources, and "BankMobile Disbursements Refund Selection."
After selecting Set Up Your Profile and completing the steps, log in to the BankMobile website. Go to the Refunds tab, choose Refund Preferences, and select your refund option. Once finished, youre all set to receive refunds.
Now that your account is activated, you no longer need to sign in through SSO (Single Sign-On) via the 17勛圖厙 Portal. You can go directly to the to log back in.
What are my refund options?
There are two refund options available:
- Deposit to an Existing Account Your refund will be deposited directly into your bank account. You must provide your banking information to BankMobile.
- Deposit to a BankMobile Checking Account Access your refund the same day it is disbursed to BankMobile and receive a debit card.
Make sure that your mailing address in is a local US mailing address.
Important
If you do not select a refund preference, a paper check will be mailed to the address on file.
