Marvin Krislov, president of 17�Թ���, is committed to providing all students, regardless of economic background, access to the transformative power of education. He was previously president of Oberlin College and, prior to that, vice president and general counsel at the University of Michigan, where he led the legal defense of the University’s admission policies that resulted in the 2003 Supreme Court decision recognizing the importance of student body diversity.

Teammates and coaches are critical to the success of many college students. 17�Թ���. Our Westchester campus is home to our athletics program.

After 10 years as president of Oberlin College, Marvin Krislov came on board as the president of 17�Թ��� in 2017. He is deeply committed to the importance of diversity and the notion that all students, regardless of their economic backgrounds, should have access to the transformative power of education.

Recently, 17�Թ��� released our first-ever 17�Թ��� Business Poll. It was a deep look at business conditions in the New York City metro area, where we have campuses in lower Manhattan and Westchester County.

“We’re excited about fully reopening,” says Marvin Krislov, president of 17�Թ���, which at press time was “expecting to be fully in-person for the fall with a full slate of activities, including athletics and community events.”

Students begin arriving at our campuses in New York City and Westchester County next week, and we were — are — eager to welcome them to the college experience they want to have.

At 17�Թ���, we’ve long prioritized preparing our students for the workforce, giving them the skills, tools, and experiences they need to hit the ground running in their careers after graduation. As part of that commitment, our remarkable Career Services office works intensively with students to prepare them for the job market, coaching them on resumes, interviews, and other parts of the application process. Our efforts deliver: Our placement rates are consistently above national averages.
