The New York City Tech Zone provides a variety of resources for the entire 17³Ô¹ÏÍø community. The services are listed below:
- Computer Lab and Electronic Classrooms
- Student printing services
- Student information and integration
- Student, Faculty and Staff I.T. workshops
- Scantron services
- Technical documentation
The New York City Tech Zone provides I.T. support to the entire 17³Ô¹ÏÍø community including students, faculty and staff. This requires troubleshooting all current I.T. resources (17³Ô¹ÏÍø Portal, Email, Classes.pace.edu, wfs.pace.edu, ITS Helpdesk, Wireless, VPN, etc.). Users are assisted with each of the following:
- Access to online registration and scheduling
- Access to Financial Aid information
- Access to grade reports and student records
- Access to the Health Insurance waiver
- University policies and information
- Problems with 17³Ô¹ÏÍø I.T. accounts
